Chapter 15

Where does the time go? It's hard to believe that today is Donna's birthday. I'm so glad her dad Don is able to help her blow out the candles.

Chapter 14

I'm going to start this off on a happy note. It's our birthday! Yes, River and I share the same birthday too. We are both aging up to full-fledged adults.

Can you believe it?

Don is becoming a regular visitor to our home. He and Donna have a close relationship. Sometimes he seems a bit cold towards me, but I can live with that. Just Don being Don. As long as he is making Donna happy I am fine with him coming around.

River and Don are even becoming closer. If not exactly friends as yet they are making the effort.

Chapter 12

Time is going by so quickly. Donna had her birthday and is already a toddler. She is so adorable!

Chapter 11

This is my little girl Donna Lothario Applewhyte. She was born with a slight birth defect. Her eyes are not the same color! The pediatrician did some tests and is certain her vision is just fine. He said it will likely correct itself as she ages up. If it doesn't, she's beautiful anyway!

Chapter 10

Neither River nor I wanted to have a long engagement, so we decided to elope! I think he is just as anxious to spend the remainder of our lives together as I am. Here we are. All dressed up and getting married. I'm getting married!

Chapter 9

The weather outside is frightful! It's raining hard and I'm trying to make some fruit salad. And that roar of thunder was a loud one!

Chapter 8

In case you can't tell I am counting the days until this baby is born. My pregnancy has been mostly trouble free, but I am more than ready to her or him to get here. Do I have a preference? Not really. Don has stopped by a few times to check in on me and on how the pregnancy is going.

I think we are in a good place.

Chapter 7

I guess word has gotten around that I am good at repairing items. People have been asking me if I can repair this or that for them. This skill has proven to bring in a pretty good income for me. Between this and my garden and fishing, I am doing okay.

I have been working a lot lately to make extra income in order to expand the house. Plus the baby will be needing so many things too.

Chapter 6

I've been feeling a little listless of late. I don't know why. With the way my life is, I have something that has to get done every single day. Today I woke up a little later than usual. The house is a mess. It's so dusty and I need to sweep it. The laundry basket is needing my attention. I'm looking at that stupid hopper doll thing that Don Lothario gave to me. Just one of those days!

Chapter 5

I've always been told what a stubborn girl I can be. It's true. My stubbornness has gotten the best of me on more than one occasion, sometimes to own detriment. Just ask my teachers at boarding school if you need confirmation on that. This time, though, not so much. You see...I've been thinking. I'm not getting any younger you know.

Both Don and I happened to be at the Inn today. We started talking. This time I am all bathed and smelling sweet. I asked him over and he said sure. So here we are. At home. Alone.

Chapter 4

Tell me if you can relate, please? There is this guy. You know the one. The one who is the cutest guy you have ever met. The one you feel nervous around, but kind of in a good way. Well this guy, the guy I'm talking about. His name is Don Lothario. Don decides to stop by the house. He can't call of course. I live off the grid and don't have a telephone.

I'm not complaining that he came by to visit but look at me! Could I be in any worse shape for a visit from HIM?? I think not. He brought me sort of a housewarming gift, I guess. I was so happy to see him I gave him a great big hug, not thinking this is not going to go well because I stink to high heaven. Will he notice?

Chapter 3

I wanted to start out by sharing a picture of me with a giant snail in the background. How cute is that?? I found this in the Bramblewood forest one day when I was foraging for seeds. Anyway...thought it was cute and wanted to share!

Chapter 2

Here I am. In the quaint little town of Henford-On-Bagley. This is my new home! It is small to be sure, but I am so thankful to have it. Even though my parents have passed on, I will forever be thankful to them for giving this to me.

Chapter 1 A Brief Background Information

Hi. I'm Jenny and have decided to chronicle my life here. I'm in hopes that my children and many other future generations will continue this tradition.

Let me just give you a very brief background of my life up to this point. I am an only child, born to elderly parents. I guess they never thought they could have children because they were unable to conceive during the younger years of their lives. I was a "change of life baby" or so I was always told. I just remember my parents as always seeming very old.

It was lonely for me, having no siblings. My parents worked hard their entire lives. I was sent off to boarding school at around the age of 10-ish. Not that we were rich...oh no. I never realized the sacrifice my parents were making to pay for my tuition. I think they just felt bad that I was forever alone, and that being in the boarding school would help me make friends and be around people my own age as they were always gone and working.

My father died several years ago. My mother had to sacrifice most of her belongings, her beautiful antiques, all the original paintings...all the things they had worked so hard to get in order to make sure my tuition was paid up to my graduation. I didn't know my mother was sick and would soon be joining my father.

Which brings me to this moment. Upon my graduation I was told of an inheritance my parents had left for me. There was no money left, other than a few hundred simoleons. But the greatest surprise was a small home in the town of Henford-On-Bagley.  My mother wanted to be sure I had a place to come home to upon my graduation.

Henford-On-Bagley. Please don't ask me why it is called this. I don't know! I am just so thankful to have a place I can call home.

So my story continues...

Applewhyte Legacy Begins

Hi guys! I've been away from The Sims for a while now but have decided to attempt a Legacy Challenge. No set rules. Just play and see where the game takes me.

I'm playing on SHORT LIFE, which is a bit insane, but I wanted to see how much I can accomplish with each generation.

Remember...NO RULES. Just play for the enjoyment and fun of it.

For now, I am only aging up the family I am playing and aging is off on the rest of the sim world. I'll likely either age individuals up as they entwine with my family or turn aging on for a bit.

I have several of my packs uninstalled at this time (such as Island Living, Cats & Dogs, Mount Komorebi, etc.) but may add one or all as time goes on.

Let's start this Legacy. The Applewhyte family awaits!

Chapter 16

Don Lothario continues to be a frequent visitor to our home. He is Donna's biological father so I guess it is to be expected. Donna lo...
